General Requirements
Candidates applying for the job recruitment at Flour Mills of Nigeria must meet the following basic requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc, HND, or equivalent) in a relevant field depending on the position.

For graduate roles: maximum of 0–2 years post-NYSC experience.
