Key Responsibilities
In the Finance Officer Job Recruitment Malaria Consortium, you will: process and post invoices promptly; oversee petty cash and banking; manage filing of financial documentation; prepare bank reconciliations, aged ledger summaries, petty cash certificates, fixed asset updates, and end-of-month checklists; advise project leadership on financial concerns; liaise with auditors, suppliers, and banks; remit statutory deductions such as WHT and PAYE; handle supplier payment processing; issue travel advances and reconcile them; and ensure an organized and accessible financial filing system.
Requirements
