Job Title: Executive Officer – Export

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000 per month

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling export operations, documentation, vessel space booking, and coordination with forwarders and shipping lines. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure export proceeds form (NXP) is opened after proforma clearance.

• Book and check with shipping lines for container allocation, seaway bill, telex release, customs operations, and timely document submission.

• Secure vessel space and coordinate with forwarders and plant to ensure containers are delivered according to the schedule.

• Prepare invoices and packing lists immediately after loading, and send to forwarder for Ness trigger.

Requirements

• Proven experience in export documentation and shipping operations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively with shipping lines, forwarders, and plant operations.

• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
