Role Overview

As a Technical Product Manager at Bamboo Nigeria, you will:

  • Lead B2B Integrations: Serve as the primary liaison between Bamboo’s engineering team and partner companies’ engineering teams, ensuring smooth technical integration.

  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate communication between product, business, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

  • Manage Project Timelines: Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring integrations are completed efficiently and successfully.

  • Strategic Input: Provide strategic input on product enhancements that could improve B2B integrations and user experience.

  • Troubleshoot Integration Challenges: Identify and address potential roadblocks proactively.

  • Communicate Effectively: Translate technical details into clear, non-technical language for business leaders and financial stakeholders.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, financial regulations, and B2B fintech best practices.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 3–6+ years in product management, preferably in fintech, securities, or B2B SaaS.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.

  • Financial Knowledge: Experience with trading platforms, brokerage infrastructure, or asset management is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: A creative approach to overcoming challenges and finding solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas and plans clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Project Management: Experience managing API-based integrations and working in a B2B product environment.

  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with project management/software tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, GSuite, Basecamp, Miro, Figma, and FigJam.

  • Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Skilled at collecting and prioritizing customer feedback to optimize product roadmaps.
