Diageo Learning for Life Program 2025
Diageo Nigeria, in collaboration with Celebr‑8 Lyfe and the Lagos State Government, has officially launched the Learning for Life (L4L) Programme 2025, aimed at equipping 250 to 500 unemployed or under‑represented Lagos-based youth (especially women and persons with disabilities) with essential hospitality and life skills.
Who Can Apply?

Nigerian youths aged 18 to 27

Residents of Lagos or those able to stay in the state for program duration

What’s on Offer?

Professional Hospitality & Bar Skills Training
-
Robust life skills curriculum: communication, teamwork, CV writing, budgeting, confidence building, responsible serving, and awareness of inclusivity, gender sensitivity, and sexual harassment

One-week classroom training, followed by 11-week internship placements at top hotels, lounges, restaurants, and airports in Lagos
-
Transportation and stipend support throughout the programme

Top-performing interns may receive full-time job offers upon completion

Ongoing support via the Diageo Bar Academy platform
