Their team is expanding, and they’re currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join their Lagos-based operations.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Shomolu, Onipanu, Yaba, Oyingbo, Surulere, or Costain – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦140,000 Monthly

Job Description

This role isn’t your average customer service job. AppleStore.ng is looking for a vibrant personality, someone who’s great with customers and the camera. This means you’ll combine customer support with occasional content creation or acting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via calls, messages, emails, and DMs.

  • Provide support and product advice on Apple gadgets.

  • Manage orders, payments, and customer complaints.

  • Represent the brand in content or videos (if required).

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative projects.

Who Should Apply?

If you meet the criteria below, you’re highly encouraged to apply:

  • OND, HND, or BSc in any field

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (tech or retail preferred)

  • Must know how to use an iPhone effectively

  • Strong communication skills – written and spoken

  • Lives in any of the listed Lagos areas (for commuting ease)

  • Reliable, teachable, and available on Saturdays & night shifts

  • Comfortable in front of a camera (for content creation roles)

  • Can write or act (at least one skill is required)
