Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as a trusted frontline representative, ensuring a positive client experience across all touchpoints. Your duties will include:

Handling client interactions via walk-ins, phone, email, WhatsApp, CRM chats, and social media.

Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and service-related questions.

Documenting all client interactions accurately in the CRM for tracking and resolution purposes.

Supporting the Sales Team with product demos, discovery calls, and onboarding.

Monitoring client accounts for upselling, renewals, and customer satisfaction opportunities.

Preparing proposals, managing agreements, and supporting contract execution.

Collaborating with internal departments, including Technical Support and Marketing.

Reporting on pipeline activities, customer satisfaction, and service KPIs.

Maintaining professionalism in dress, tone, communication, and overall conduct.
Job Requirements
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.

Strong proficiency in CRM platforms and digital communication tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet conversion goals.

Skilled in handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts.

Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
