Creative Facilitator & Content Lead

Work Hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
As a Creative Facilitator & Content Lead, you will play a central role in driving the content strategy and creative flow at 9jaPicks. Your day-to-day duties will include:
1. Team Discussions & Idea Flow

Guide daily team conversations with engaging prompts, memes, and trend insights

Summarize team discussions and transform them into actionable ideas

Shape 2–3 strong content strategies weekly
2. Content & Trend Ideation
-
Spot trending topics on X, TikTok, and Instagram

Connect viral trends to brand goals
-
Plan daily creative football content across multiple platforms
3. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with writers, designers, and video editors
-
Manage 2–3 creator groups daily to energize content production
4. Feedback & Performance

Analyze performance data to refine content strategy
-
Ensure content is impactful, engaging, and resonates with football audiences
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should:

Have at least 1 year of relevant experience in digital campaigns, community management, or content creation

Be active on social media with a good follower base
-
Possess excellent digital habits (Twitter/X, TikTok, memes, online culture)

Be a strong communicator with a team-first attitude

Reside in Nigeria and be fluent in English (Pidgin fluency is a plus)

Have awareness of sports, humor, culture, and Web3 trends
