Job Overview: Procurement Specialist
Location: Based in CAF’s headquarters or designated regional office
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract
Reports To: Procurement Manager or Finance Director
As a procurement specialist, you’ll manage procurement processes, vendor relations, contract management, and compliance — all essential to CAF’s smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract administration

Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports

Conduct supplier assessments and market evaluations

Collaborate with internal departments such as finance and logistics

Ensure full compliance with CAF procurement policies

Oversee logistics of deliveries and inventory documentation
Preferred Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business-related field

Minimum 2 years experience in procurement/logistics (NGO or sports sector preferred)

Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French or Arabic is an added advantage

High attention to detail and ethical standards
