Job Summary
The Receiving Clerk Officer will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and managing incoming goods and materials. This role ensures that all supplies are accounted for, stored properly, and recorded accurately in inventory systems. The position is key to maintaining smooth warehouse and production operations.
Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders.

Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to procurement or warehouse supervisor.

Accurately document all receiving activities and update inventory systems.

Ensure proper storage of goods according to company standards.

Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the receiving area.

Participate in periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
Requirements and Qualifications

OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

1–2 years experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.

Proficiency in inventory software (SAP or similar platforms is an advantage).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Physical stamina for lifting and organizing materials.
