Cometstar Industrial Gases Limited is a leading producer of industrial gases, including oxygen, nitrogen, argon, and carbon dioxide. These gases are essential in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, power, oil, steel, manufacturing, fire services, and food and beverages. The company is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Admin Manager to oversee the daily operations of its industrial gas plant in Agbara, Ogun State.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency, risk management, and profitability.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure and maintain the highest standards of quality control and safety compliance in line with industry regulations.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Relations: Oversee customer interactions and resolve any issues, including liaising with external contractors and vendors.

Administrative Management: Plan, streamline, and execute administrative workflows and procedures.

Resource Management: Manage the plant’s personnel, physical assets, and budgeting/financial resources to improve the company’s bottom line.

Strategic Planning: Provide overall guidance and strategic direction in the planning and execution of production and service objectives.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production Technology, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree in management is an added advantage.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in managing an industrial gas plant is mandatory.

Knowledge: Strong practical knowledge of industrial gas manufacturing processes, safety standards, storage, retail trade, and dispensing.

Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage complex operations and drive continuous improvement.
