As an Investment Banking Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote and engage Ace Afri Financials’ products and services.

Deposit Mobilization: Effectively mobilize deposits to support the company’s financial growth and stability.

Sales and Business Development: Generate sales leads and expand the customer base through proactive outreach and networking.

Service Excellence: Ensure satisfactory service delivery to all customers and address their inquiries promptly.

Performance Targets: Achieve established performance targets within the specific time frame.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

A minimum of HND, B.Sc, or OND in any discipline.

At least 2–3 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A friendly, approachable, and intelligent personality with strong leadership and team management abilities.

The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Remuneration
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦300,000 to ₦360,000 per month, along with monthly bonuses and incentives on investments. Additional benefits include health maintenance organization (HMO) coverage, pension contributions, and a 3% annual commission on every transaction, prorated monthly.
