Job Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead go-to-market campaigns for new features and integrated campaigns that inspire users to spend more time outdoors. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and execute projects that align with AllTrails’ mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the seasonal marketing roadmap, including outlining themes, product launches, and key initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional integrated marketing campaigns for new features and storytelling.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying metrics and opportunities for improvement.

  • Build innovative go-to-market strategies using consumer, competitive, and internal insights.

  • Ensure all consumer-facing work adheres to AllTrails’ brand standards.

  • Act creatively and resourcefully to solve challenges and dive into new projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer product marketing, integrated marketing, and/or brand marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull insights from internal dashboards (e.g., Looker).

  • Insatiable curiosity about marketing trends, competitors, and relevant analogs.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong collaboration skills with empathy, open-mindedness, and humility.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction.

  • Passion for the outdoors.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in consumer tech and/or the outdoor industry.

  • Experience with subscription-based companies.

  • Background in brand management and/or brand strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 per year.
