Job Location

Nationwide, Nigeria – This position is open to candidates across the country and may require occasional travel to different company sites.

Role Purpose

The Administrative Officer Flour Mills will be responsible for ensuring that all company properties and facilities are well-maintained and fully operational at all times. This role also provides administrative and logistical support to the Human Resources department and other internal teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison with government agencies to ensure timely payment of statutory levies and compliance with regulations.

  • Supervise the maintenance and repair of company facilities, including offices and operational buildings.

  • Coordinate vehicle allocation and movement to support company operations.

  • Manage logistics for official travel, including hotel bookings and transport arrangements.

  • Implement and monitor systems for the efficient maintenance of company vehicles.

  • Oversee domestic staff assigned to expatriates and ensure adherence to company policies.

  • Support community relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in areas where the company operates.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of OND in Humanities or related Social Science disciplines.

  • Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant experience in administrative or facility management roles.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative tools.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
