Job Overview: Executive Banker

As an Executive Banker, your primary focus is to be the go-to relationship manager for high-value clients in the Executive Banking segment. You will proactively offer tailored financial solutions while deepening customer engagement and portfolio value.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new executive banking clients and cross-sell relevant financial products
Conduct financial needs analyses for new and existing clients
Identify client needs and offer personalized banking solutions
Refer clients to other bank departments (Home Loans, Asset Finance, Digital Banking, etc.)
Migrate qualified customers to higher service segments
Ensure risk management and portfolio growth while maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications & Skills

First Degree (mandatory)
3–4 years’ experience in sales and customer relationship management
Proven success in financial product sales and client engagement
Solid knowledge of Standard Bank products, services, and digital platforms
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust
