Position: Head, Digital Channels – Smartcash PSB

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all digital channels, including mobile and USSD applications
Develop and implement digital strategy to drive user activation and engagement across Smartcash PSB platform
Collaborate with IT, marketing, UX/UI, and customer service teams to optimize channel performance
Track KPI metrics and refine user experience based on data insights and usability studies
Stay informed of industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain market leadership
Lead stakeholder training and ensure technical stability and scalability of digital platforms

Requirements & Qualifications

First Degree in any discipline; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years in commercial or business management
Proven team leadership experience and strong commercial acumen
1–2 years of experience in POS management, fintech, or alternative channel adoption
Computer literate, familiar with digital product development, sales, and service management
Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills, with knowledge in financial services or banking considered a plus
