Role Description
As a Call Center Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations in the call center, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to motivate a team of agents to meet and exceed performance goals.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the call center

Supervise and train agents to ensure service quality

Monitor performance metrics and generate reports

Handle customer complaints and complex issues

Schedule shifts and maintain proper staffing levels

Provide coaching and performance feedback

Assist management in defining call center goals and KPIs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Minimum of 5 years customer service experience

At least 3 years of team leadership experience in a call center environment

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities

Fluent in English with great written and verbal communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
