 Role Overview

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of customer support services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Financial & Commercial Oversight: Manage the financial and commercial performance of delivered customer support services, ensuring agreed margins are achieved.

  • Service Level Management: Ensure fulfillment of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

  • Team Leadership: Lead the customer network support engineers’ team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with competence centers, global support, and product line maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Sales Support: Actively contribute to the sales process by identifying new business opportunities and driving add-on sales in cooperation with the account team.

  • Emergency Support: Provide 24/7 support in emergency situations, ensuring minimal service disruption.

 Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Educational Background: A graduate degree in Engineering (Telecommunication or IT preferred) or equivalent.

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in Service Delivery Management.

  • Technical Knowledge: End-to-end knowledge of telecom networks, including Cloud, Core, RAN, and Revenue Management Nodes.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities, with a track record of leading teams to success.

  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

 Compensation

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦400,000 to ₦700,000, commensurate with experience.
